Coordinates statutory financial audit activities and audit engagements performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Has experience in auditing financial statements of public and private sector entities, with a focus on evaluating internal control systems, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Has expertise in assessing risks of material misstatement of financial statements, including internationally funded projects.
Performs eligibility assessment of expenditures and verifies compliance with international donor requirements.
Has coordinated financial reporting and fund monitoring processes within international programs such as Erasmus+, TEMPUS, and Climate KIC, as well as bilateral cooperation projects, including Moldova–Turkey partnerships.
Experience includes assessing and strengthening internal control environments, with a focus on fraud risk prevention and ensuring reliability of financial reporting.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial and legal sectors, he is the Director of LexBridge Audit, a company recognized for its expertise in financial audit, specialized financial investigations, and consulting, serving companies in the Republic of Moldova and the wider region.
The professional career includes extensive service at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, where in-depth practical expertise was gained in the field of financial control and tax audits. This experience is complemented by a high level of competence in documenting and investigating economic and legal offenses.
