With over 30 years of experience in the financial, legal, and regulatory fields, Ghenadie Timofti has built a steadily advancing professional career — progressing from positions such as accountant and chief accountant to becoming the co-founder and General Director of LexBridge Audit.
He worked for more than six years within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, in the Department of Audit and Control, where he specialized in financial inspections and tax oversight. Subsequently, he held senior positions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he coordinated complex economic and financial investigations related to tax offenses, embezzlement, and corruption, holding the special rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Alongside his professional career, he is actively involved in training professionals within law enforcement structures, serving as a university lecturer in the fields of tax control and judicial accounting expertise. He holds a PhD in Economic Sciences, is a certified auditor, and has academic degrees in both Law and Accounting. He also graduated with top honors from a Master’s program in Audit and Corporate Governance in Romania.
